A global infrastructure, development and management company, WSP Opus wanted an employment brand that would give job applicants an inside look at what makes the company so great to work for.
To uncover what the current employees enjoyed and valued the most about working at WSP Opus, we undertook an employer survey. Based on those insights we developed the company’s ‘Be Part Of It’ proposition and wider campaign. We created several looks for a stand-out employer brand campaign to run across internal and external communication, candidate experience and recruitment marketing including posters, banners, internal communications, website materials and more. Real stories from ‘brand ambassador’ employees around the country boosted authenticity and the campaign’s success.
